Onsite Property Management acquires Realty Consultants business
FORT COLLINS — Onsite Property Management Services in Fort Collins has purchased the accounts of real estate management firm Realty Consultants of Colorado.
Financial terms and the number of accounts were not disclosed.
Dennis Maybon, owner of Fort Collins-based Realty Consultants since 1977, sold the accounts to clear the way for his retirement.

The acquisition included homeowner association accounts and some residential-management accounts, said David Rand, Onsite’s chief executive and managing broker.
“This deal has been a year in the works,” Rand said. “We’ve been making a slow transition, taking on a few accounts each month so as to not overload staff.”
Rand said Onsite added one employee bringing the firm’s staff count to 11.
Onsite now has about 60 HOA accounts, a handful of shopping center and office building accounts, and more than 200 residential accounts.
